Miami, FL, September 28, 2010.– (F & F Media Corp.) CdA Group has announced its new partnership with NT Entertainment, owned by the distinguished Puerto Rican jazz artist Néstor Torres. This partnership will give CdA Group access to the composer's extraordinary catalog.
Torres, born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, is known as one of the most prominent jazz flautists of his generation. His earlier albums climbed to the top of the charts in contemporary jazz and his name appears on the list of the ten best-selling records in its genre.M
Torres has also been recognized as a prolific composer, with nearly a hundred songs to his name.
The merger of these two firms will include the music from his two previous albums: "Sin Palabras" and "Dances, Prayers and Meditations for Peace." This will strengthen the working relationship that CdA Group has already with the record label, Néstor's Diamond Light Music, which launched "Don Néstor" and "Mis Canciones Primeras" as well as his most recent production, "Nouveau Latino."
"We are very pleased to have closed this deal with Nestor. He is undeniably one of the icons of Latin jazz and we are thrilled to work with his publishing and masters at once. We look forward to growing the value of both sides of the equation," said Iván Alvarez, president of the CdA Group.
